Hardware Support As an authorised IBM repair centre we can maintain your equipment throughout its working life. On-site and return-to-base support is available for all products.  In many cases this will be free of charge for products within their manufacturer's warranty. Extended warranty can be purchased for many products and is particularly recommended for Printers and other high use equipment that can be costly to repair outside the manufacturer's warranty period.

All of our customers with support contracts are entitled to free telephone support and should you have an issue you would like to discuss we will be more than happy to talk you.
