Configuration

Omicron will configure your systems, both hardware and software both on and off site if you require.

All hardware is routinely tested, options installed (memory, modems, adapter cards) prior to delivery. All peripherals will be unboxed and tested prior to delivery. This is a free of charge service included in the hardware purchase price. This includes the necessary drivers if operating systems are pre-installed.

All software - operating systems, drivers and applications can be configured to your requirements prior to delivery (where possible) if you require this service.
In the case of full system installation support, systems will be installed by our engineers on the agreed date. Engineers will configure all users, printers, software and peripherals, offering you an ideal turnkey solution. Our team will ensure that all tape backup, UPS and Anti-Virus systems are in place and working and will provide basic training in the day to day housekeeping required.
